Holly absolutely goes above and beyond. She extremely responsive, even when I felt like I was pestering her with questions, extremely thorough in her explanation of the neighborhoods and things look out for in each house we visited, and is proactive in finding homes to consider looking at. On top of that, when I was out of town one weekend, she took video tours of various houses being shown and narrated over the videos, and I ended up purchasing one of those homes that I viewed through her videos! I had an excellent experience with Holly and Denver Luxury Real Estate. In 2019, I purchased a new home and sold my home with Holly. To sell my home, Holly became a wonderful trusted advisor -- she gave advice on where I should update my home to get more value.

Then when I purchased a new home, I had a list of 19 criteria, and Holly helped me find a house that hit all 19. She was patient and proactive. Again, she, again, became a trusted advisor when we were looking through homes, pointing out items to think about.
